- Saturday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm

Gwinn – Little Lake – K.I. Sawyer Bus
- Monday-Friday: 6:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm

Marq-Tran prioritizes verified individuals with disabilities for rides, allowing them to book up to seven days in advance to ensure space is reserved for them first. The farther in advance you book your ride, the greater the chance of availability for your trip.
Marq-Tran Reservations Policy for door-to-door buses:
- Up to seven days in advance for persons with disabilities that are ADA-Paratransit eligible.
- Up to three days in advance for all persons for medical/dental appointments.
- Up to two days in advance for seniors who need arrangements to go to work.
- One day in advance for all others.

Operating Area
Marq-Tran Door-to-Door Bus Service operates two door-to-door buses in the greater Marquette area, two in the Ishpeming-Negaunee area, and one in the Gwinn-Little Lake-K.I. Sawyer area.

Fares
Standard Fare
Fares on a mileage basis – the farther you travel, the more you pay.
Standard fare starts at $2.60 for the general public.
Maximum door-to-door fare for a one way ride is $5.60.

Reduced Fare
Fares on a mileage basis – the farther you travel, the more you pay.
Reduced fare starts at $1.30 for

Accessibility & Eligibility
Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
This service does not have complementary paratransit because it is a door-to-door service, not fixed route. All Marq-Tran door-to-door buses are lift-equipped and fully accessible to wheelchair or other mobility device users.
Seniors (60+), Students, and Veterans with valid identification are eligible to ride Marq-Tran door-to-door buses at the reduced fare rates. Individuals with disabilities must fill out a verification form that requires a physician’s signature to be eligible for reduced fare. This verification form is the same one that qualifies individuals to use Marq-Tran complementary paratransit services for the fixed route buses. You can call Marq-Tran at 906-225-1112 to request the disability reduced fare verification form be mailed to you or get one from the Marq-Tran office at 1325 Commerce Drive, Marquette, MI 49855.
Transit Service Accessibility
This is a door-to-door service and all buses are lift-equipped and fully accessible to wheelchair or other mobility device users. This service is also open to the general public.
