Requesting Assistance
If you would like to request assistance, please call our office during our Advocate Intake Hours listed below. These are the times when staff are available to speak directly with you about your situation.

Advocate Intake Hours

Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: No Intake Hours
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Closed for Lunch Daily
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM

Please note: Advocate Intake Hours are different from our Business Hours.

Web Submission Form Availability

Web forms are available during limited hours outside of Advocate Intake Hours due to high call volume and capacity. When web submissions are being accepted, you will see the form at the bottom of this page.

If the Web Submission form is not visible, please call during Advocate Intake Hours to speak directly with an advocate.

If you are unable to call us, you may send us a written request by mail. Please include your name, contact information, and a brief description of your concern.
