Accessibility & Eligibility
Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
There is no complementary paratransit for CCTC Dial-A-Ride services because it is curb-to-curb, demand response service, not fixed route. Most CCTC Dial-A-Ride vehicles are lift equipped and accessible to wheelchair users or other mobility device users. Please notify the dispatcher if this service is needed.
Seniors, students, and veterans may show applicable identification to receive reduced fare. People with disabilities must complete an application that requires a medical professional’s certification of disability. This application also requires the medical professional to write a “full explanation” of the disability on their own letterhead. You can download the application by clicking here.
Transit Service Accessibility
CCTC Dial-A-Ride is a curb-to-curb, demand response service. Most CCTC Dial-A-Ride vehicles are lift equipped and accessible to wheelchair users or other mobility device users. The service is accessible to people with people with disabilities as well as being open to the general public. Please notify the dispatcher when booking your ride if a lift-equipped vehicle is needed.
