Method/Rules for Scheduling a RideBATA fixed route rides do not need to be scheduled unless using complementary paratransit Paratransit rides through BATA Link service are guaranteed as a next-day service and may be scheduled within one hour of the requested departure time by using the Link app or calling 231-941-2324.

Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
There is no reduced fare as Bayline Bus service is free to everyone. Bayline Bus is a fixed route service. Paratransit eligibility still applies. BATA paratransit is provided through BATA’s Link service, designed as a same-day service that exceeds the ADA Guidelines for the provision of transit to people with disabilities.
Transit Service Accessibility
BATA fixed route vehicles are equipped with access lifts for riders with wheelchairs and other mobility devices and for those unable to walk up the bus entry steps. BATA provides complementary paratransit service for those unable to use fixed routes as well. Please see BATA Link service for more information.
