Disability Rights Michigan
2017

DRM represented a gentleman who was quadriplegic.  He had obtained a job as a greeter at a grocery store.  Unfortunately, although the management had expressed no concerns about his work, he was discharged the day before he would have completed his probation.  DRM filed a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  Negotiations were entered into, with the ultimate result being that the client received a monetary settlement.
