Client Receives Appropriate Vehicle Modifications for Work

Client had contacted DRM to investigate why Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) was delaying the provision of needed vehicle modifications that would allow them to work.  The client’s current vehicle was over 16 years old and replacement parts were no longer available.  With an advocate’s intervention, all information was provided to the Lansing office, the modification request was approved and the client received the appropriate vehicle modifications.
