Method/Rules for Scheduling a Ride
Passengers who are able to board at designated stops do not need to schedule their rides. They can refer to the schedules posted on the website/brochures for designated stop locations and times:

Rules for flexible route/deviations:
- FLEX (route deviation) requires riders to schedule their designated pick-up location at least one hour prior to their trip: 269-273-8085
- After the call for a FLEX pick up, rider will be instructed when the driver will be at the location as it fits in to the designated Circle Line route
- All riders are to be waiting at the curb for the bus. This includes FLEX rides. (Buses will not wait for passengers to arrive at curb)

Operating Area
There are two flexible routes that operate throughout Sturgis and Three Rivers. Flex route allows riders to call ahead when not near a designated stop. Pick-up or drop will be scheduled for a time when the bus is nearest the requested location.

Fares
Standard Fare
- Sturgis & Three Rivers (city limits) fare: $1.00
Reduced Fare
Everyone pays $1.00 per one-way trip for flexible route transportation. This service does not have reduced fare.
Reduced fare rates are available for SJCTA County Wide (Demand Response) Service.
Accessibility & Eligibility
Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
Complementary paratransit is available to individuals who need a lift-equipped vehicle and/or additional assistance to ride the bus due to a disability. Qualifying individuals must complete the SJCTA Disability Form, which also requires a licensed physician’s signature for certification. Regular flexible route vehicles are also accessible for those who are able to reach the curb/board at flexible route stop locations without additional assistance.
No reduced fare rates are available for this service. Everyone pays $1.00 per one-way trip.
Transit Service Accessibility
Regular flexible route vehicles are accessible for those who are able to reach the curb/board at flexible route stop locations. Complementary paratransit is available to individuals who need a lift-equipped vehicle and/or additional assistance to ride the bus due to a disability.
Additional Notes
Flexible route transportation will only travel within city limits (Sturgis and Three Rivers). For county-wide transportation in St. Claire County, see SJCTA County-Wide Demand Response Service.
