- Monday – Friday: 6:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
For best results, 24-hour notice (the previous business day) for scheduling trips is preferred. Rides to work, school, or medical appointments should always be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance to ensure they are on the schedule. RCTA will still make every attempt to schedule last-minute trips when available.

Standard Fare
Maximum Fee: $3.00 in-county travel
Local Travel/General Public: $1.50-$3.00
Reduced Fare
Reduced Fare: $0.75-$1.50

Accessibility & Eligibility
Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
This service does not have complementary paratransit because it is curb-to-curb service, not fixed route. All RCTA vehicles are lift-equipped for wheelchair or other mobility device users.
Individuals with disabilities must complete the RCTA Reduced Fare Application to qualify for reduced fare rates. This application requires a medical doctor or mental health professional who is familiar with the applicant’s disability to complete the ADA Verification section of the application to certify. Seniors and other reduced fare eligible individuals may be asked to present valid photo identification to receive reduced fare rates.
Transit Service Accessibility
This is a curb-to-curb service and all RCTA vehicles are lift-equipped for wheelchair or other mobility device users. This service is accessible for individuals with disabilities as well as open to the general public.
