- Saturday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
To best serve both Mecosta and Osceola Counties, MOTA offers day ahead/24-hour advanced bookings for all riders. MOTA also offers same day bookings for rides, but please note that same day or day ahead exact time request accommodations may not always be available. MOTA Dispatchers will do their best to accommodate or offer the next best available time.

When you call to schedule your ride, ask your Dispatcher for information regarding MOTA’s text message notifications. If you opt into the notification program, you can get alerts via text when you book or cancel your ride as well as if your scheduled ride has been rescheduled for your confirmation.

Seniors over 80 and Children 5 and under ride FREE. (Children under 5 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
This service does not have complementary paratransit because it is curb-to-curb, not fixed route. Lift-equipped buses are available for wheelchair or other mobility device users. Let dispatch know if you require a lift-equipped bus when scheduling your ride.
Persons with disabilities who qualify for reduced fare must fill out the MOTA Reduced Fare Application. Individuals with disabilities must have a licensed professional who is familiar with their disability complete the Professional Certification of Disability section of the application. Seniors, Medicare Card Holders, and Veterans are not required to complete the application but must have valid ID for verification.
Transit Service Accessibility
This is a curb-to-curb service and lift-equipped buses are available for wheelchair or other mobility device users. Let dispatch know if you require a lift-equipped bus when scheduling your ride. This service is accessible for individuals with disabilities as well as open to the general public.
