Method/Rules for Scheduling a Ride

This is a fixed route service with posted stop locations and schedules. You do not need to schedule rides on fixed-route transportation.

If using Metro Connect Access complementary paratransit service, call (269) 350-2970 to make your trip reservation. Reservations for service can be made daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Reservations can be made up to seven days in advance and no later than 5:00 p.m. the day before the ride. You may make reservations for same-day service if vehicle space is available.

Standard Fare

Adult (over 48″ tall and under age 62): $1.50 

Renewable Value Cards, Unlimited Monthly Pass, Unlimited 9-Day Passes, and Tokens also available.

Reduced Fare
  • Senior (62+), Disability, and Medicare: $.75
  • Low Income Fare with Bridge Card: $1.25 (tokens)
  • Children: $.75 (less than 48” tall)
  • Western University Students: free with student ID

Accessibility & Eligibility

Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility

Individuals with a disability that prevents them from riding on Metro’s fixed-route bus service some or all of the time can apply for Metro Connect Access ADA paratransit service.  See the ADA application and Professional Verification form for more information.

Lift equipped buses are also available on Metro fixed routes for those with disabilities who are able to access fixed route stops and use the fixed route system. However, if a specific route is needed but does not have an accessible bus available, the individual with a disability will qualify for ADA/Metro Connect Access paratransit certification.

Reduced fares are available to individuals with a disability and seniors 62 years or older who are certified. People with a disability must have a physician or caseworker complete the Certification for Reduced Fare form and senior citizens can provide a copy of their driver’s license, birth certificate or other picture ID to verify their age for certification. Individuals with disabilities who; are ADA/paratransit eligible also qualify for reduced fare, however, an individual with a disability does not have to use paratransit to be reduced fare eligible.


Transit Service Accessibility
