Method/Rules for Scheduling a RideThis is a fixed route service with posted stop locations and schedules. You do not need to schedule rides to use this service.
If using complementary paratransit, call (517) 788-8410 to schedule your ride no later than 5 pm the day before your planned trip.

Standard Fare
Adults (18-59); $1.50

Reduced Fare
- Students: $1.00
- Seniors (60+): $0.75
- Children: $0.75
- People with disabilities: $0.75

Accessibility & Eligibility
Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
Complementary paratransit is available for those unable to use fixed routes due to a disability or mobility challenge through JATA Reserve-A-Ride for people with disabilities. JATA’s fixed route buses are also lift equipped for wheelchair and other mobility equipment users for those who are able to get to/use fixed route stops.
Seniors and students may show appropriate identification to receive reduced fare. Individuals with disabilities should visit the JATA transfer center to receive a free reduced fare card. Those who are ADA Certified/paratransit eligible also qualify for reduced fare rates.
