Method/Rules for Scheduling a RidePlease make morning appointments no earlier than 9:00 a.m. and afternoon appointments early enough to be finished and ready for your ride home by 3:30 p.m. Phone calls for transportation are answered between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Because ALL routes are determined by rider usage, please call a minimum of 2 business days in advance for a ride or to make special arrangements for appointments.

Operating Area
- North Route: Covers areas from Mackinaw City to Petoskey along US 31
- Harbor Springs Route: Pellston and west side of the county – Cross Village, Bliss, and south through Harbor Springs
- Routes determined by ridership/demand.

Standard Fare
- $2.00 one way in town
- $2.50 one way out of town
Reduced Fare
This is an alternative transportation service (nonprofit program) for seniors and people with disabilities. There is no reduced fare for this service.
Accessibility & Eligibility
Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility
There is no complementary paratransit because this service is door-to-door/curb-to-curb demand response service, not fixed route. This is not public transportation and not open to the general public. It is for seniors (60+) and individuals with disabilities. All of the buses are wheelchair lift equipped for those with mobility needs.
