- Monday – Friday 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (demand response/Grayling Twp. area only)
Crawford County Dial-A-Ride is based in Grayling Township. It runs demand response service in Grayling and curb-to-curb, flexible routes leaving from Grayling to “outlying” areas at set times. The flexible route schedule can be found here. (Scroll down on page for outlying schedule)
Method/Rules for Scheduling a Ride
Schedule your ride at least 2 hours in advance of your pick-up time.
You may schedule by calling dispatch at 989-348-5409.
Crawford County will make every effort to pick you up at your desired time, but that will depend on how many passengers they have on that particular run. Please be ready 15 minutes prior to your pick-up time.

Crawford County Dial-A-Ride does not have complementary paratransit because it is curb-to-curb, flexible route service, not fixed route. Crawford County Dial-A-Ride buses are lift equipped and accessible to wheelchair users or other mobility device users. Please notify the dispatcher if this service is needed.
Seniors may present some type of applicable identification to receive reduced fare. Individuals may call Crawford County Dial-A-Ride at 989-348-5409 if they believe they have a disability to qualify for disability reduced fare. Crawford County Dial-A-Ride may ask questions related to their disability in order to ensure they qualify for reduced fare and that they have the accommodations needed to use Crawford County Dial-A-Ride service. There is no print/electronic application to qualify for Crawford County Dial-A-Ride disability reduced fare.
