Disability Rights Michigan
2017

An 8-year-old boy was being restrained and lacked a behavior support plan in a charter school in southeast Michigan. The attorney filed an administrative complaint which was substantiated by the state, and the boy received behavior supports and 120 hours of compensatory education.
