Method/Rules for Scheduling a Ride

Fixed route rides do not need to be scheduled. If using complementary paratransit service, call dispatch at 989-894-2900, EXT 2.

Paratransit rides must be reserved one day in advance of the ride.

Eleven fixed routes service much of Bay County, including the communities of Bay City, Essexville, Kawkawlin, Linwood, Pinconning, Auburn, and University Center (home of Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University)

Fares

Standard Fare

Adult: $1.00 one way


Reduced Fare
  • Student: $0.75 one way
  • Senior: $0.50 one way
  • Persons with a Disabilities: $0.50 one way

Accessibility & Eligibility

Paratransit/Reduced Fare Eligibility

Complementary paratransit services are available for those who are unable to use the fixed route services due to a disability. To qualify for paratransit services, the DART/ADA Certification Application must be filled out. The applicant must provide contact information for a physician and/or healthcare professional who is familiar with their disability for verification purposes. This application also qualifies a person for disability reduced fare.

Students and Seniors ages 60 and over may show valid identification for reduced fare rates.


Transit Service Accessibility

Fixed route buses have wheelchair lifts/ramps. Complementary paratransit services are also available for those who are unable to use the fixed route services due to a disability.
